Gibson LP Pre-Wired Assembly - Emerson USA

Handwired in the USA by Emerson Custom - delivering an outstanding quality upgrade option for Gibson LP style guitars.

This is a prewired harness for USA Gibson Les Paul style guitars. Carefully wired “50’s Style” and grounded with vintage correct 20 AWG bus wire for that vintage tone.

For Asian/metric spec guitars you may need to slightly enlarge the holes for the higher quality US electronics (Imperial 1/4” = 6.35mm vs 6mm) to fit and may also need US/Imperial knobs.

Includes premium quality components:

- 4 x 500K CTS Split Shaft Potentiometers - ¾” Long shaft – for carved tops.

- 1 x Switchcraft J11 3/8" mono input jack (MADE IN USA)

- 2 x Emerson Paper in Oil Capacitors (.022uf Bridge, .015uf Neck)

- 2 x Volume Mods (ie Treble Bleed - retains higher frequencies otherwise lost when volume knob/s turned down)

- 1 x Wiring Diagram

Also included is pre-wired Switchcraft Short Straight 3-Way Toggle Switch.

- Color coded 22 gauge pre-tinned wire

- All soldered switch connections are reinforced with heatshrink to ensure years of trouble-free use

Wire is the same makeup of the vintage braid cloth wire that you will find in vintage guitars (Les Paul etc) just in an easier to install and more reliable package....

Total of 5 Leads:

White= Hot To Tip of Input Jack

Black (2) = 1 to the back of any pot, and 1 to the ring of the Input Jack

Yellow = Neck Hot from Switch (Middle Lug of Neck Volume Pot)

Blue = Bridge Hot from Switch (Middle Lug of Bridge Volume Pot)
